> Turn price statements off for B2B stores, and show compare-at "was" prices only after confirming they are lawful price references.

## Price statements [#statements]

By default, the assistant states prices from your catalog, formatted for the shopper's currency. Set **Price statements** to **Disabled** for B2B or hidden-price stores: "The assistant won't state prices"; product cards then show no price and link the product page.

## Compare-at ("was") prices [#compare-at]

Under the EU Omnibus rules, a reduction must be stated against the lowest price of the 30 days before the reduction. ShopAssist therefore hides "was" prices, reductions and "% off" by default.

To show them as your storefront does, choose **Show "was" prices and discounts**. An owner confirms the price-reference attestation first.

## Attestation [#attestation]

> "I confirm that the 'compare at' prices on my store are the lowest price I applied in the 30 days before the reduction, or are otherwise lawful price references in the markets I sell to."

The confirmation is recorded with the store and the attestation version. Without it, saving fails with `attestation_required`. Feeds and the Push API can also mark individual compare-at prices as lawful references (`sa:compare_at_is_reference`, `is_compare_at_reference`).
