*(Growth and up)*

**Knowledge → Gaps** groups questions the assistant could not answer from your catalog or knowledge base, for example "Do you offer gift wrapping?" asked in eight different ways. Gaps are clustered every night and sorted by how often they were asked.

Each gap shows a label, the language, the number of times it came up, when it was last seen and example conversations.

* **Answer** opens a dialog with the question prefilled. Your answer becomes an FAQ, and the gap is resolved.
* **Ignore** hides a gap that isn't relevant (for example questions about other shops).

Questions about products you don't carry, or that were out of stock, appear as **demand signals** in analytics instead ([knowledge gaps and demand](/docs/analytics/knowledge-gaps-and-demand)).
