# Review queue

> Why some documents wait for approval before the assistant uses them, and how to approve or reject them.

**Knowledge → Review** lists documents that are not used until you check them. "Content that looks like instructions to the AI is held here until you check it."

## Why a document is held [#reasons]

| Reason | Example |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Instruction-like text | "Ignore previous instructions", "you are now…", hidden discount offers, requests to send data somewhere |
| Policy changed | A new version of your returns policy (shown with a diff; the old version stays live meanwhile) |
| Another domain | A crawled page that isn't on your store's domains |
| Mass change | More than 30 % of a source changed in one run |

Each entry shows the rule and the highlighted excerpt.

## Approve or reject [#decide]

**Approve** makes the document (or the new version) live. **Reject** keeps it out; for a changed policy, the previous approved version stays live until the next change. Legitimate content sometimes matches a rule (for example a page about "100 % refunds"); approving it is safe.

An empty queue shows "Nothing to review."
