Topics and competitors
Keep the assistant on shopping topics, block topics you don't want discussed, and decide how it handles competitors.
Topic mode
| Mode | Behaviour |
|---|---|
| Commerce only (default) | Helps with shopping at your store: products, orders, delivery, returns and store information. Other topics are politely declined. |
| Commerce and general | May answer short general questions but stays focused on shopping. |
Blocked topics
Add up to 50 topics (≤ 80 characters each) the assistant must not discuss, for example "medical advice" or "politics". When asked, it says it can't help with that here and offers what it can do.
Competitors
List up to 100 competitor names and choose the behaviour:
- Neutral: if asked, the assistant says it only knows your products and makes no claims about the competitor.
- Deflect: the assistant doesn't name or discuss them; replies that mention them are corrected before they are shown.
