Appearance
Colours, position, launcher style, theme and branding of the chat widget, previewed live before you publish.
Widget → Appearance is draft-based. The preview on the right shows your storefront mock-up with the draft settings; publish to apply them.

Powered by ShopAssist
On the Free plan, a small "Powered by ShopAssist" link is shown and can't be removed (Shopify stores show a small icon instead). Paid plans can hide it. While the assistant is unavailable because of a plan limit, the attribution is hidden.
Shopify theme overrides
The Shopify app embed has two optional theme settings: launcher position and accent colour. Leave them on Use app setting to manage the look in ShopAssist.
Preview
Toggle mobile and desktop, home, product and cart pages, languages and light or dark mode. The preview runs the real widget on a separate preview origin with a test key: it is never billed and writes nothing to storage.
