Choose your platform and compare what ShopAssist supports on each, from stock per location to cancellations, returns and signed-in customers.

What works on each platform
The table is generated from the capability matrix that ShopAssist itself uses to decide what the assistant may offer, so it never promises more than your store can do. Some values depend on your store's setup (for example installed modules or granted permissions); your dashboard shows the values detected for your store.

One store per storefront
A ShopAssist store is one Shopify shop, one Magento website, one WordPress site (multisite: one subsite), one PrestaShop shop or one other site. A Magento installation with three websites is three ShopAssist stores, each connected from its own website scope. Your plan sets how many stores you can add.
