Invitations
Invite colleagues to your organization with a role and optional store restriction.
Owners and admins invite members under Organization → Members → Invite. You need a verified email address.
- Enter the email address and choose a role (owner cannot be invited directly; promote an admin later).
- Optionally restrict the membership to some stores.
- ShopAssist emails an invitation link.
The invitee signs in or creates an account with the invited email address and accepts the invitation. An invitation for another address cannot be accepted.
Limits
- 20 invitations per organization per day, 3 per address per day.
- Invitation links expire; resend from the members list.
- You cannot grant more than you have: store-restricted admins cannot invite.
Your plan limits the number of seats; see plans and limits.
Removing members
Remove a member from the members list. Their access ends immediately on every open session.
