The gift finder and size advisor, the product attributes and size charts they use, and what each plan includes.
Guided shopping helps shoppers who don't know exactly what they want. The assistant asks a few questions and narrows the catalog down.
Gift finder
Asks who the gift is for, the occasion and the budget, then suggests products from your catalog that fit. It uses your categories, tags and prices only.
Size advisor
Answers "which size should I take?" from your size information:
- product attributes and variant options (sizes, measurements, fit);
- size charts from Shopify metafields or platform attributes you select in Orders & actions → Size charts;
- uploaded size chart documents (document type
size_chart).
The assistant explains its reasoning from the chart and never guesses a size without data.
Plans
Starter and upWithout the full guided shopping feature, the gift finder is included and the size advisor uses product attributes only. Switch both on in Orders & actions → Guided shopping.
