Starters
The quick-reply chips shown under the greeting before the shopper types, and the defaults used when you don't set your own.
Starters are up to four quick-reply chips shown under the greeting until the shopper writes their first message. A click sends the starter as the shopper's message.
Your own starters
In Assistant → Identity → Starters, add up to four starters of up to 60 characters each, per language. Good starters are questions your shoppers really ask:
- "Which size should I choose?"
- "Is it in stock in Aarhus?"
- "Where is my order?"
Defaults
Without your own starters, the widget picks up to four from its built-in list, depending on the page and the features you have switched on:

Starters are translated into all English (en), Danish (da), German (de), Swedish (sv), Norwegian Bokmål (nb), Finnish (fi), Dutch (nl), French (fr), Spanish (es), Italian (it), Polish (pl) widget languages.
