How long ShopAssist keeps transcripts, leads, analytics and other data by default, and what you can change.

Aggregated metrics stay in analytics after transcripts are deleted; they contain no personal data.
Reducing retention
When you shorten retention, or a plan downgrade lowers the maximum, existing conversations get at least 14 days before they are deleted, and owners get an email. Deleted data disappears from backups as they expire (after 30 days); a restore re-applies all deletions made since the backup.
After you leave
When you uninstall or disconnect a store, its data is deleted after 30 days unless you reconnect. See uninstall and data removal.
