The chat assistant in this shop is an AI system. You are chatting with software, not a person.
What it is
It is ShopAssist, an AI shopping assistant made by COEC (Denmark) and used by the shop. It answers questions about products, stock, delivery and orders, using the shop's own information.

Talking to a person
Ask the assistant for a person at any time. When someone from the shop joins, the chat tells you that you are now talking to a person.
Where the facts come from
Prices, stock, delivery times and order details come from the shop's own systems, not from the AI. The assistant does not invent prices or discount codes.
Nothing happens without your confirmation
Actions such as cancelling an order or starting a return only happen after you confirm them yourself. The assistant never refuses a withdrawal; it shows you the shop's withdrawal function or offers you a person.
Your data
The shop is responsible for your data. Ask the shop, or read its privacy policy, to learn how your chat is used and how long it is kept.
