The external audit of the chat widget is in progress. The report is published here, as HTML and as a PDF download, as soon as it is complete.
Until then, the accessibility statement describes our target and the current status.

- WCAG 2.2 success criteria at levels A and AA
- EN 301 549 clauses for web content and software
- The widget in all 11 languages, with keyboard, screen reader and zoom testing
