What happens behind the scenes
- The assistant calls tools to search the catalog, check stock per store and read orders; it answers only from what they return.
- Prices and stock in product cards come from the store's data, not from the model's text.
- Actions such as cancelling an order show a confirmation card; nothing happens until the shopper clicks it.
- The widget always shows that it is an AI, and tells the shopper when a person joins.
