AI Shopping Assistant for Shopify

Install from the Shopify App Store, switch on the app embed in your theme and go live. Billing runs through Shopify.

What it does on Shopify

  • Answers product questions with product cards from your Shopify catalog, including translations.
  • Shows stock per location for the locations you choose, with opening hours you set in ShopAssist or in the custom.opening_hours metafield.
  • Tracks orders for signed-in customers and sends cancellation and return requests after the customer confirms.

Data and privacy

  • Synced: your catalog, stock and store pages and policies, so the assistant can answer quickly.
  • Fetched live: orders, only for shoppers who are signed in or verified.
  • Stored: in the EU (Germany), encrypted at rest.
  • After you disconnect: your store's data is deleted within 30 days.

Shopify's shop and customer redaction requests are handled automatically.
