With your own key, ShopAssist is free for 1 store and up to 3,000 conversations a month, with the "Powered by ShopAssist" badge. Your AI provider bills you for the tokens.

The question reaches ShopAssist in the EU.ShopAssist prepares the answer
Search, embeddings and tools run on our servers in the EU, at no cost to you.
Your provider generates the reply
ShopAssist calls your provider with your key and sends the answer back to the shopper.

What we do with your key
- Encrypted with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption and never logged.
- Shown only by its last four characters.
- Tested live before it is activated, and health-checked daily with an email when it fails.
- Custom URLs are protected against server-side request forgery: HTTPS and public addresses only.
- You confirm a residency attestation: your business has its own agreement with the provider.
