Our target
WCAG 2.2 level AA and EN 301 549 for:
- the chat widget in your store
- the ShopAssist dashboard and the Shopify embedded app
- shopassist.coec.dk, including the docs
Conformance status
Partially conformant on every surface until the external audit is complete. Partially conformant means that some parts may not yet fully meet the standard.
Known limitations
- Charts in the dashboard have tables as text alternatives; some complex charts are still being improved.
- Third-party content in merchants' stores, such as theme styles around the widget, is outside our control.
We keep this list current and add fix dates as issues are found.
Our widget's conformance report
The accessibility conformance report (ACR) for the chat widget is published at widget ACR when the audit is complete. Merchants can use it for their European Accessibility Act service information, as described in the docs.
