From question to cart without leaving the conversation

Shoppers add products to their real cart from the chat, apply discount codes you allow and get a prefilled checkout link.

How it works

  1. Add to cart from a product card

Pick the variant and quantity in the card. The item is added to your platform's cart in the shopper's browser.

  2. Discount codes

The shopper can apply a code they have, or one you allow the assistant to offer.
  3. Checkout link

A prefilled link takes the shopper straight to checkout.

Frequently asked questions

Does the assistant hand out discount codes?

Only codes you have allowlisted, or codes the shopper types themselves. It never invents or lists discount codes.

Is it the same cart as my shop's cart?

Yes. Add to cart runs in the shopper's browser against your platform's own cart, so the cart page and checkout show the same items.
