Frequently asked questions

Does it work on Adobe Commerce Cloud?

Yes. Add the module through Composer in your Cloud project and deploy as usual.

Are B2B features supported?

ShopAssist detects B2B setups such as shared catalogs and company accounts and warns you in the dashboard. Company-specific prices are not shown in v1.

How are returns handled?

With the optional RMA module, return requests are created in Adobe Commerce's returns (beta). Without it, the assistant sends a return request to your team.
