What it does on PrestaShop

  • Answers product questions, including combinations.
  • Shows store hours from your PrestaShop stores and stock per location from a location-stock feed or a module hook.
  • Tracks orders for signed-in customers, cancels orders in states you allow and creates order returns when returns are enabled.

Data and privacy

  • Synced: your catalog, stock and store pages and policies, so the assistant can answer quickly.
  • Fetched live: orders, only for shoppers who are signed in or verified.
  • Stored: in the EU (Germany), encrypted at rest.
  • After you disconnect: your store's data is deleted within 30 days.

  1. 1.Download the module

    Download the module ZIP from your ShopAssist dashboard. The download is behind sign-in so its version matches your account.

  2. 2.Upload and install it

    In the PrestaShop back office open Modules → Module Manager → Upload a module, choose the ZIP and install it. There is no Composer step.

  3. 3.Connect your shop

    Open the module configuration and click Connect, or paste a pairing code from the dashboard. With multistore, select a single shop context first, never "All shops".
