Frequently asked questions

Can I show a countdown or "only 2 left" message?

No. Proactive messages never use fake urgency or scarcity. Messages that pressure shoppers are rejected when you save them.

Does it track shoppers across pages?

Cross-page frequency caps are only used when the shopper has consented to preferences storage. Otherwise the caps apply per page view.
